Situated two miles from Fermoy, adjacent to the main Cork to Dublin road, enables South Coast Transport to respond promptly to its customers demands. The fleet consists of a large variety of specialised equipment, from tankers to temperature controlled units, enabling the company to transport a wide range of goods.

The company offers the provision of equipment manufactured to customers needs, dedicated to specific products, and which may be painted in the customers own livery.

A motivated and committed workforce dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest in health and safety requirements gives South Coast Transport an advantage over its competitors. Refresher training is vitally important as technology, techniques, laws and codes of practice frequently change. Both drivers and management are required to undergo "Hazchem" and "Hazpack" training in the carriage and handling of hazardous materials in accordance with ADR and IMDG specifications. While workshop staff attend specialist courses in the maintenance of the company's specialised fleet of vehicles and equipment.
